For help with Lores, account access, book tracking, book clubs, or anything that does not look right, email support.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Lores account inside the app at any time. Open Lores, go to More, then Settings, then Account Details, and choose Delete Account.

If you cannot access your account, email support and include the email address or username linked to your Lores account.

Privacy

Lores uses account information to provide core app features including profiles, libraries, reading progress, friends, book clubs, recommendations, and writing projects.

We do not sell personal information. If you have a privacy question or want help with your account data, read the privacy policy or email support.

Common Help

Check that you are signed in with the correct account.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Lores.
If book progress, comments, or profile changes do not sync, close and reopen the app, then try again.
